Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted using real, handpicked wildflowers. Because natural flowers are used, every item is unique. Variations in color, shape, size, and flower placement are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the handmade and custom nature of our products. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Appalachian Adorned is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Our jewelry is made with real flowers preserved in resin. To keep your jewelry looking its best:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. 
• Keep away from water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. 
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
